Description Our company is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to join our Dallas team. This role will support a broad range of human resources functionsu2014including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relationsu2014to help build and maintain a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities: + Administer employee onboarding, benefits, and leave programs. + Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters. + Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. + Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS. + Assist with performance management initiatives and employee development programs. + Contribute to company initiatives related to employee engagement and retention. + Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. + Participate in the organization and execution of training sessions and HR projects as needed. Requirements Requirements: + Prior experience in HR support or generalist roles preferred. + Solid understanding of benefit administration, recruitment, HRIS, and employee onboarding. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR certifications or coursework preferred.
