Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a IT Release & Change Manager- ServiceNow to join their team. As a IT Release & Change Manager- ServiceNow, you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting technology and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Release & Change Manager- ServiceNow Location: Irving, TX What's the Job? + Create and manage release-related Change Requests within the ServiceNow platform. + Support execution by managing requests to ensure timely approvals and alignment with release schedules. + Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems. + Evaluate business, operational, or technical challenges requiring in-depth planning and resolution. + Collaborate with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues, providing comprehensive technological solutions. What's Needed? + 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. + SDLC background with experience opening Change Requests and using data for risk-based decision making in a fast-paced environment. + Previous experience in large financial services organizations. + Experience with ServiceNow within the ITSM platform is a plus. + Ability to manage project schedules, coordinate communication, and support release management activities including patching, cloning, and upgrades.
