OverviewStryten Energy, a new company name with a long history in Lancaster County, operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township. We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base. As an essential business we continue to thrive during this economic downturn, and we are expanding our teams.This person supervises the daily set up activities of all set up personnel within the plant and ensures that they are performing their job duties.This is a 2nd Shift position (3pm - 11pm/Monday - Friday)Responsibilities+ Review and submit downtime reports+ Schedule set-up daily activities+ Room Assignments+ Arrange coverage as required+ Prioritize Changes+ Daily projects u2013 Quality, productivity improvements, Check sheets, OPM+ Projects+ Post and award Overtime based on guidelines and revolving seniority list+ Maintain weekend coverage+ Review vacation requests and approve / deny based on guidelines+ Support / Insure compliance to Safety & Quality requests+ Manage the floor u2013 Stay visible.
