Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our mission of keeping older adults living safely and independently in their homes and community.The COTA provides participant‑centered occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, working within the PACE interdisciplinary team to address functional needs of frail elders through clinic‑based, home‑based, and community services.Position PurposeUnder the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides occupational therapy services to PACE participants to support independence, safety, and quality of life.
