What You’ll Be Doing Performing maintenance and general repair work Completing inspections and documenting findings Handling brake, suspension, steering, and common drivability repairs Supporting the shop with quality, efficient workmanship Communicating clearly with advisors and leadership Helping maintain a productive, team-focused environment What We’re Looking For You may be a fit if you: Have solid mechanical ability Can perform repairs efficiently and correctly Take pride in doing quality work Communicate well and work as part of a team Want to continue learning and growing Show up consistently and handle your business professionally Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Own tools required Valid driver’s license Diagnostic ability is a plus ASE certifications are a plus, but not required This Role Is NOT For Someone Who cuts corners creates unnecessary comebacks has a bad attitude resists process or documentation wants to do the bare minimum We want a technician who takes pride in the work and wants to be part of a team that is building something better.
