Identify how health and wellness lifestyle adoption is changingfrequency, portion size, satisfaction drivers, nutritional priorities,etc. Partner with analytics teams to leverage panels, consumption data,and emerging data sources to quantify behavior change and demand impactFuture Demand & Innovation Strategy Translate health trend driven demand shifts into clear strategicimplications for PFUS innovation pipelines and portfolio choices Identify white spaces and growth opportunities across formats,benefits, occasions, and usage moments Apply Jobs to Be Done, demand spaces, and cohort frameworks toreframe innovation opportunities through a Health Trending lensInnovation Development & Learning Lead consumer learning agendas for health and wellness trends thatare relevant for innovation, including concept development, testing,optimization, and concept development. Evolve testing and learning approaches to reflect new consumptionrealities (e.g., smaller portions, higher expectations for satiety,nutrition, and enjoyment). Provide thought leadership on how to evaluate innovation success in achanging demand landscape.Stakeholder Leadership & Influence Serve as a trusted advisor to PFU , Marketing, R&D, and Innovationleaders on various health and wellness trends, including GLP 1implications and future demand. Drive outside in thinking and ensure insight to action translationacross all stages of the innovation cycle. Effectively manage agency partners and internal stakeholders todeliver high quality, timely, and impactful insights.What Success Looks Like You are recognized as a go to expert on health and wellness trendsincluding GLP-1 behavior and future food demand. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% ofannual salary paid out annually.
