About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber AI Senior Specialty Software Engineer that will be responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and this role, you will:Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs, LLM's, agent frameworks, and other related technologies Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systemsDevelop and maintain large scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies Deploy containerized applications using Docker and KubernetesStay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM second agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new onesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and modelsAssist other individuals in advanced software developmentRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+years experience in software development4+ years experience in Python, Java, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies3+ years of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing or computer visionDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of Chatbots, Transformer models, SWE-Bench is preferredFamiliarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADKExposure to DevOps and testing best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teamsExperience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GITCertification in AI, machine learning or a related fieldBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or a related field Job Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipSalary Ranges:$119,000 - $187,000 - Charlotte, NC$119,000 - $187,000 - Chandler, AZ$119,000 - $187,000 - Irving, TX$119,000 - $187,000 - Columbus, OH$131,000 - $206,000 - Minneapolis, MN$143,000 - $224,000 - Iselin, NJPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
