Job Title: Interior Designer Job Description We are seeking a Interior Designer to join our New York studio. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality documentation and coordination efforts, showcasing strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of construction documentation, particularly within the context of New York City codes and regulations. Responsibilities + Support the design and technical development of architectural projects from design development through construction documentation. + Produce accurate and coordinated Revit drawing sets in accordance with company standards. + Assist with technical detailing, constructability, and code compliance reviews, with NYC experience strongly preferred. + Coordinate drawings with internal team members and external consultants. + Participate in QA/QC processes and self-check work for accuracy and completeness. + Contribute to team discussions related to design solutions, technical challenges, and documentation strategy. + Maintain digital file standards and documentation protocols. Essential Skills + Professional degree in Interior Design required. + 3+ years of professional experience. + Experience within hospitality projects + Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary project teams. + Clear written and verbal communication skills. Work Environment + The role is based in our New York City studio, offering a collaborative, team-based environment. + We operate a hybrid work model, starting with full-time in-office work for the first 90 days, transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule. + Employees will have opportunities to work closely with experienced architects, project managers, and studio leadership, in a culture emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and long-term growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
