Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories related to construction and real estate, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within construction categories. + Experience with agreements, including drafting, review, and management within construction categories. Preferred qualifications: + Certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. + Advanced degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. + 5 years of experience in real estate, construction, transactions, asset management, or related fields. + Experience developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure category performance and track progress towards goals. + Experience analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights supporting decision-making, alongside project management and leading initiatives aimed at process improvements, implementing new strategies, and driving innovation. + Experience identifying and driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation initiatives in category management.
