The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies financial health initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers. As a Content Channel Producer Associate in Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for digitizing and adapting pillar content and new and existing long-form assets from internal Marketing and Communication stakeholders into visually compelling, platform-native static and animated formats for all audience segments. You will leverage channel insights (e.g., social, web, email, etc.) to surface format and style opportunities that drive engagement - and bring concepts to life through end-to-end graphic and motion design, from layout to agency collaboration to final delivery. By transforming new and existing long-form content into channel-ready visual assets, you will help amplify the reach of each financial health theme or campaign message. As an activation partner, you will execute against the studio's editorial strategy, ensuring every visual asset is optimized for the platform, audience, and moment. Job responsibilities + Digitize and transform new and existing long-form content and pillar assets from internal Marketing and Communication stakeholders into visually compelling, platform-native formats such as carousels, quote graphics, animated story sequences, infographics, and text-based posts for all audience segments, amplifying the reach of financial health themes and campaign messages. + Develop short-form animated and motion-graphic concepts (e.g., animated carousels, GIFs, lightweight motion, etc.) based on existing studio content, writing briefs and collaborating with agencies on design and production. + Provide agencies with creative briefs, copy, captions, messaging hierarchy, and platform specifications - with particular emphasis on visual design direction, layout, animation style, and brand consistency. + Support the content calendar within the master editorial calendar, owning the graphics and animations layer of every publish cycle. + Support ideation meetings with real-time data on content performance and audience questions that the studio hasn't yet addressed. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills + Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field + 2 plus years of hands-on experience managing and designing content for a brand, with a focus on strategic adaptation for platform-specific audiences and formats + Demonstrated ability to distill long-form content into multiple social-native graphic and animated ideas, from concept through design to final delivery + Platform fluency across various digital-first channels (e.g., social, web, email, etc.), with understanding of what performs on each and why + Experience creating content for a financial services brand, fintech, or financial education organization, with awareness of compliance requirements Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills + Bilingual content experience (English/Spanish) is a meaningful plus + Graphic design and animation: white papers, quote graphics, motion graphics, animated story sequences + Content adaptation and creative briefing + Collaboration with internal partners and agencies + Comfort working from creative briefs and asset libraries Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
