In this role, you will help grow and retain assets by delivering excellent client experienceu2014combining commercial coverage with firsthand execution across onboarding, servicing, and ongoing relationship management. You will work across a global platform and partner closely with Liquidity Sales, Relationship Managers, Fund Administration, Finance/Reporting, Product, Marketing, and Investment Writing to ensure clients receive timely, accurate information and a smooth end-to-end journey. What you will do (key outcomes) + Lead regional coverage for Liquidity and Short Duration investors, supporting asset growth and retention . + Function as a product and process SME for Money Market and Short Duration Fixed Income strategies. + Coordinate client onboarding and servicing, including subscriptions/redemptions , account opening, static data maintenance, and CRM updates . + Partner with internal teams and clients to meet KYC/AML requirements and deliver high-quality onboarding experience. + Manage and resolve a wide range of client enquiries (standard and bespoke), ensuring timely follow-through. + Create and tailor client materials: presentations, questionnaires (e.g., RFP/RFI/DDQ), and client/market/sector analysis. + Support regional deal activity, including cross-sell opportunities in partnership with coverage teams. + Support new product launches and go-to-market activity aligned to regional needs. + Communicate fund and market updates to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., daily fund prices, market commentary). + Build relationships through client meetings and industry events. Must-have requirements + Experience in asset management , capital markets , or a closely related financial services environment. + Proven experience in client relationship management, client servicing, sales support, or sales coverage (institutional and/or wholesale). + Working knowledge of liquidity products (Money Market Funds and/or Short Duration Fixed Income) and how clients use them. + Experience supporting client onboarding processes, including KYC/AML , account opening and operational coordination. + Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with the ability to translate complex information clearly. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high diligence and quality. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under time-sensitive deadlines. + Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. + Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and standard productivity tools (Excel/PowerPoint/Word). Nice-to-have qualifications + Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA ) and/or professional qualification (e.g., CFA ). + Experience in a similar role within a global organization . + Experience using technology and process improvement to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency. + Familiarity with liquidity mandates such as separately managed accounts (SMAs) and related servicing models. + Looking for individuals with FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or who can obtain these shortly after joining).
