Qualifications Qualified candidates generally meet the following requirements: At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred) CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Smartphone capable of running care documentation apps Authorization to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check and drug screening We hire individuals who demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and reliability.
