Job Description: The Volunteer Coordinator is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team and as such is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating volunteers serving patients and families and the program as a whole. Keeping in mind the philosophy underlying the agency concepts of care, the Volunteer Coordinator must teach and model those concepts of care to volunteers and to the community at large.
