Job Skills / Requirements United Protective Services u2013 Houston Area Pay: $15.00/hour (after training) Hours: 32u201340 hours per week Schedule: Multi-shift / Multi-Site 2200-0600 Bellrock and Westgate Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Multi-Site Security Officer to support multiple client sites across the Houston area. This role is critical to maintain consistent coverage and service by filling open shifts, call-offs, and special assignments as needed. This position is best suited for individuals who value variety in their work environment, are highly reliable, and are available to work a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide coverage across multiple sites as needed Learn and perform duties at various posts, including: Access control Patrol (vehicle and foot) Camera monitoring Customer service and tenant interaction Maintain detailed and accurate reports Adapt quickly to different site expectations and post orders Support site supervisors and management with operational needs Schedule & Availability Requirements Must be available 6 days per week for scheduling needs One weekday may be selected as a consistent unavailable day Schedule will vary based on operational needs (day, evening, overnight shifts) This role requires open availability and flexibility Requirements Minimum 25 years of age (insurance requirement) Valid Driveru2019s License with a clean driving record Reliable personal transportation Ability to operate company vehicles and golf carts when required Prior security experience preferred Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments Compensation & Growth $17.00/hour after completion of training Consistent full-time hours (35u201345 per week) Opportunity for advancement into: Field Training Officer (FTO) Field Supervisor Ongoing training and development provided Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for someone seeking a primary, full-time role with growth potential in the security field.
