About The Role: Under close supervision, the Maintenance Handyman will perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial and minor repair duties. The role is onsite in Brooklyn, NY USA. What You'll Do: + Perform general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials. + Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal. + Patrol grounds, common areas and parking facilities. Identifies and reports maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns. + Perform housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas. Paint and patch drywall. Perform other minor repairs under supervision. + Facilitate office access and office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, office keys, nameplates, etc. + Maintain key inventory. + Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. + Performs other duties as assigned.
